to all Roma Organizations all round the world

Although we live in very hard times and in the country where there has been a war between the nations for more than ten years and, where our Romani brothers and sisters in Kosovo suffer and get killed without any reason, we make all our efforts and strength to work more than ever before.
A group of young Roma people, 80 of us, all with university degrees deals with various problems. We would like to move the "weel of change" towards much better and happier 21st century.
Our excamation "Opre Roma!!!" must be stronger and louder. We always persisted when it was most difficult. The centuries and our ancestors' graves all over the world are our witnesses and for that reason OPRE ROMA! OPRE ROMA! OPRE ROMA!
The main project that we have to do is filling the data base with scientific information. For that reason, we ask for your help, active participation, suggestions and cooperation.
We expect you to search and find in your libraries, archives and your documentation the matters as follows:

magazines
bibliographies
congress, simposia, and experts' meetings reports
scientific theses, dissertations and documents
video, audio records
important historical events, objects, flags, symbols
significant persons with their biographies
private archives
microphilms

In turn, YUROM Centar will send you the data you want and find interesting.
By sending us any kind of data, you would become a member of YUROM Centar and your Organization would be included in the official Information System.

P.S. in case you want to exchange scientific information with us, we should need you to submit your system of documents processing.
YUROM Centar works according to UNESCO Programme "ISIS" and it already has in its data base 9500 bibliographical units according to UDK Classification System.
