"YUROM Centar" is a non-government, non-profit organization, constituted in July, 1998 upon the initiative of some Romani local and republic organizations from ex-Yugoslavia. The goals of "YUROM Centar" are as follows:

Public advocacy in view of Roma problems (discrimination, employment, housing, education and Roma health improvement)

Promotion of successful integration models in local communities

INDOK activities (collecting, processing and selective dissemination of scientific and research and statistic information related to Romani); "ROMINFO" data base

Poverty reduction through new models of self-employment and education for employment (family business initiation), local economic development on the Roma settlement level

Monitoring in the field of housing, education, employment and Roma health improvement.
